It turned out to be a good call, as I received some helpful advice on my choices and how they might actually look. I made my selections that day and was told to expect delivery in about 5 weeks. The sofa was crafted within the promised timeframe and matches my order perfectly. I'm really happy with my new sofa and the entire experience. It feels very well-made, and the footstool is fantastic too. Overall, it's super comfy. Delivery went off without a hitch, arriving right in the one-hour window they provided. The team was friendly and accommodating. I had no problems at any point. Being a small business, when you call, a staff member answers quickly and addresses your questions right away.
